Every order from Captured by K Photo is created with care and made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because each item is custom made to order, returns and exchanges are limited.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.
Physical Products (Canvases, Prints, Accessories)
Each physical item is made to order especially for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
